The Lost Treasure Of Jerusalem

First of a trilogy of documentaries with The Priest, the Painter and the Devil (1974) and The Shadow of the Templars (1979). The consultant for the first documentary, Gérard de Sède, was later revealed to have been a friend of Pierre Plantard Pierre Plantard (who claimed to be a descendant of the last Merovingian king) who based his allegations on documents forged by Philippe de Chérisey, aka Amédée (who subsequently wrote about how and why he did it). In 2018, writer Henry Lincoln published the three documentaries on the internet, with additional introductions and closing words, distancing himself from his conclusions when he wrote and directed them. However, he did not mention that some of the documents shown in them were forgeries.
