Fashion designer Kate Spade was found dead in her apartment on June 5th, 2018. Her demise was ruled a “suicide” by hanging with a red scarf. Police reported she left a note addressed to her daughter. It read: “Bea – I have always loved you. This is not your fault. Ask Daddy!” A police source said that before her suicide, Andy Spade had asked his wife for a divorce.
