What is the difference between registering and subscribing?

By registering, you create a free account to access all the available blogs, articles, podcasts, and free episodes. In contrast, by subscribing for as little as $5 per month, you will get different perks, such as access to exclusive content, new documentaries every month, credits at the end of a film, preferential customer service, and much more! Register to the site and the newsletter, and if you like what you see, go for the membership plan that best suits you.

How do I reset my password?

There are three ways of doing so:
1) Hover over ”Account” in the top menu and select ”Password Reset.”
2) Click on ”Account” in the top menu and select ”Change Password” on the left menu.
3) If none work, we can always manually send you the ”Password Reset” email.
4) As a last resort, I can change your password manually so you can regain access. I recommend you change it immediately upon entering your account.

I never got my confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder and double-check that you entered the email address correctly. Otherwise, contact us, and we will take care of it!

How do I cancel my membership?

We will enable the option so you can unsubscribe yourself shortly, but we need to do some coding work for that. In the meantime, you can always contact us via email, live chat, or social media, and I will honor your request promptly. You can cancel your membership plan by contacting us via live chat, social media, or email within 48 hours of the renewal date.

Is my membership to be renewed periodically?

Yes, every membership except the Lifetime one will automatically renew once the agreed-upon term expires. You can cancel your auto-renewal by contacting us via live chat, social media, or email within 48 hours of the renewal date.

I subscribed, but the exclusive content is not showing yet…

The system usually automatically changes your account status, but I sometimes do it manually. This is done immediately after the subscription transaction goes through during business hours, but it might take me a while outside of that. Please contact us immediately if you don’t have access as you should.

Can I get a refund?

Of course, if the website doesn’t work out for you, you can request a refund up to 24 hours after the transaction. We will honor your request if you submit it during that timeframe. Once disbursed, it might take ten business days to reflect in your account.

My plan was renewed without the original discount I signed up with…

Unless announced otherwise, our promotion discounts are sign-up discounts valid for the first payment ONLY. Please remember that we have many expenses to keep the operation functional and productive. That said, if you cannot afford the increase in your plan, reach out, and we will make it so the amount remains the same for you.

Do you have any direct association with any other media channel?

No. Total Disclosure is completely independent and crowdfunded. We hope to grow to the point where we can reach every country in the world and look for honest, talented patriots who want to join our team and create jobs in the process! For now, this is not feasible, but who knows? With your support, the sky is the limit!
