The Holy See is the sovereign entity governing the Catholic Church, based in Vatican City. It’s recognized in international law as a distinct sovereign (like a nation) and has permanent observer status at the United Nations. The Vatican (via the Holy See) is at the top of this hidden legal pyramid, controlling the world through the Law of the Sea and trust law systems. Citizens are treated as “vessels” or “corporate entities” (via birth certificates) that can be “owned” or “traded” as maritime property. Papal decrees (like the Cestui Que Vie trust of 1537 or later bulls) allegedly created global trusts in which all human beings and property are claimed by the Vatican.
